agentic content creation for a global hospitality brand

example of bespoke input form

the challenge:

Hilton had a problem: they needed a lot more content, they needed it fast, and they needed it to perform.

They were currently producing 12 editorial articles a month, which was far from the mark they needed to hit in order to become LLM travel leaders they needed to be to compete. And with budget and time constraints, hiring a whole new team just wasn’t an option.

Currently, search behavior is dominated by LLM visibility and GEO strategy. For a global brand like this client, a large output of authoritative, high-ranking content was necessary to reach their overall business goals.

the process:

Working shoulder to shoulder with tech and editorial directors as well as clients, I created a full-scale AI content framework that reflected my sense of integrity while more than meeting Hilton’s need for content. I set to work to create a step-by-step framework, each requiring human oversight and creative direction without clogging up work streams:

  • designed and refined ai-assisted workflow

  • built multi-step agents to create research, brief, write, and variant content

  • created a legally sound disclosure statement and multiple processes to always keep human effort, ingenuity, and ethics at the forefront

  • coded front-end logic to create elegant, editorial-quality sentences and paragraphs

Once we nailed the editorial process, our AI framework was able to flex to meet other needs:

  • social media copy

  • navigational copy

  • rapid-response editorial content in response to real-time world updates

the outcome:

  • increased output from 12 articles a month to 120 articles a month

  • built a sustainable ai content creation model that was adopted by leadership and expanded to fill broader digital ecosystem needs

  • reduced manual bottlenecks while still preserving editorial content and creative integrity

  • contributed to global ai rank #2 and ai safety score of 82/100
